Frequently Asked Questions for François Pinon, Cuvée Botrytis (1996) 500ml Reposado 100% Albariño pieced together from Tequila
How can I assess an important claim made about a product?
Distinguish a measurable specification from an expression of preference or style. A higher price does not independently support an advertised performance statement.
How can I confirm an agreement discussed by phone or in person?
Include the product or order reference relevant to the discussion. Avoid treating a preliminary suggestion as a finalized agreement.
What should I do if my order record shows an incorrect name?
Ask whether the name is relevant to fulfillment or access. Check that other correct details remain accurate in the revised record.
